Werenado has found its feet again in Diablo 4 Season 14. It is quick, punchy, and far less awkward to play than many endgame setups. The real change comes from Storm Shepherd: Storm Skills no longer spend Spirit in the usual way. Instead, each cast drains your stored Spirit and converts it into extra Storm damage for two seconds. With the right Mythic Seal reducing the set requirement, you can pair Storm Shepherd with Rush of the Red Wolf Moon, giving the build both strong resource control and rapid movement. A few well-chosen D4 items make that rhythm much easier to maintain.
Build Around the Spirit Loop
You will notice the difference within the first pack. Fill your Spirit, cast Tornado, and let the release fuel the next burst. The bonus reaches its limit at 40 percent, so there is no need to hold resources forever.
